Quiz Nova Quest Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how Quiz Nova Quest users can delete their account and related data, or request deletion.

How to delete your account

1. Open Quiz Nova Quest and sign in with your Google account.
2. Tap the Settings button in the upper-right corner of the home screen.
3. In the Account section, select Delete account.
4. Review the data listed in the confirmation dialog, then confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion through the developer contact listed on Google Play.

Data that is deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account identifier
• Account profile information, including email, display name, nickname, and profile icon
• Points, daily reward status, shop inventory, and equipped items
• Quiz history, exam challenge history, best scores, and ranking records
• In-app ranking reward notification data

Data that may be retained and for how long

Once account deletion is complete, the main account and learning data that identifies you within Quiz Nova Quest is deleted. However, server logs, payment or advertising network records, and backup data needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, or dispute resolution may be retained for up to 30 days under applicable laws and service provider policies.
